Title: Lime Dressing

Yield: 1 Servings

1cSugar
1/4cWater
2 Limes; juice of
1tsGrated lime rind

Combine sugar and water in a saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in lime juice and rind. Cool. Refrigerate several hours before serving. Serve over citrus or other fruit salads. Yield: 1 cup.
